Note extensive sands and mudflats in the Dee Estuary, Mersey
Estuary, Morecambe Bay & Solway Firth.
These show up rather better in the Channel 1 data than the
false colour image of the previous page.

The Alps and Northern Italy show up well on a clear winter
morning. The Po Valley has been shrouded in mist for the last
few days, the remnants can be seen over the Tuscan coast.

Iceberg in the Southern Ocean, spotted by Andrew Hall. This is
B15A at 57.75S, 170W. This remains the largest portion (61 x 11
Nautical Miles) of the Iceberg B15 which broke off the Ross
Iceshelf in 2000. 30th September 2008.
